2008 Legislator of the Year. Washington Conservation Voters is

approved a bill that would allow evidence of a prior bad act
by a defendant on trial for a sex offense to be admissible.

approval of a key piece of legislation sponsored by Sen.
Chris Marr, D-Spokane. “Many people with long-term care
