Education: BA in Business, University of Washington, with an emphasis in Personnel & Industrial Relations

Personal: Jean considers herself a native Washingtonian, having moved to Everett with her family when she was nine years old. Jean and her husband Don have made their home in Everett for over 30 years. In her free time Jean enjoys rock-hounding at the beach, sketching and is learning to play golf.
