OLYMPIA – Democrats will discuss legislative efforts to promote modernization of the state’s telecommunications industry at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 24 in Sen. Jean Berkey’s office located in Room 241 of the John A. Cherberg Building in Olympia.

Also scheduled to participate are Rep. Mark Ericks, D-Bothell, a representative of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) and a representative of Verizon Communications.
